Refunds are typically provided only in accordance with our cancellation and booking policies. Clients must notify us of cancellations or requests for refunds within 24 Hours of their appointment. Refunds may be full or partial depending on the circumstances, such as late cancellations or no-shows. Services that have already been partially or fully provided are generally non-refundable.
